Short biography of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose


    Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was one of the greatest patriots of Mother India. 
He was born on January 23,1897 in cuttack,Orissa.His father,Janakinath Bose  was a famous lawyer in Cuttack.His mother was  Prabhavati Devi.Subhas was the ninth child among eight brothers and six sisters.He was bold and highly spirited.He was also a brilliant and sincere student. But his mind was bent on contributing  to the freedom of his motherland. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was a freedom fighter of India. He was the founder of the Indian National.
 
     He stood second in his matriculation Examination. . He passed his B.A. in Philosophy from the Presidency College in Calcutta. . Later, he appeared and passed the ICS examination only to please his father.
But he had never much interested in sports.He was strongly influenced by Swami Vivekananda’s teaching and was known for his patriotic zeal as a student.
He took active participation in the then  India’s freedom struggle.During the second World War,he was once kept intern in his own house.But no one could keep him in chains.By the power of his intelligence ,he fled from his house  in the disguise of a Kabuliwala befooling the british guard.
But actually his heart was framed for serving his motherland and getting it liberated from the foreign rule. For this reason, he went to Singapore and reformed the Army organized by Rashbehari Bose  into Azad Hind Fauz. . He, later joined the Indian National Congress, and also elected as the president of the party.
Initially, Subhash Chandra Bose worked under the leadership of Chittaranjan Das, an active member of Congress in Calcutta. It was Chittaranjan Das, who along with Motilal Nehru, left Congress and founded the Swaraj Party in 1922.He adored Chittaranjan as his political guru.

He led the Indian National Army. On July 2, 1943, he gave the famous slogan “Delhi Chalo”. His words, “Give me your blood and I will give you freedom” can never be forgotten by his Countrymen.
Thereafter Netaji went in disguise as a Pathan first to Germany and then
 left for Tokyo by plane to seek further help from outside. It is heard that  the plane crashed on the way., and from that time, he could be traced no more. Till today, his death thus remains shrouded in mystery. But his bravery has no doubt placed him among the brightest jewels on the crown of mother India.
. The reports of Justice Mukherjee Commission, tabled in Parliament on 17 May, 2006 said, "Bose did not die in the plane crash and the ashes at Renkoji temple are not his". However, the findings were rejected by the government of India.
