Paneer
butter masala is an Indian recipe,It is very tasty and delicious food.It can also be eaten with
naan,chapathi paratha or fried rice.You like it any way.

grams Paneer
3 medium sized tomatoes
1-2 green chilly
1 inch piece ginger
½ cup cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp green coriander
¼ tsp red chilly powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
Salt as per taste
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin powder

How to cook
paneer butter masala
STEP 1
Heat 1 tsp
butter in a pan .When butter melts add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric
powder and salt for a while.
STEP 2
After that
also add tomato, green chilly, ginger paste, red chilly powder and dry
fenugreek leaves.Stir it well until butter starts separating from it.
STEP 3
Then add
cream,garam masala,green coriander and salt
in the masala as well.
STEP 4
Now add ½ cup
water in gravy and cook until it boils all over again.When it starts boiling
add paneer shunks into it.Cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Now the
paneer butter masala is ready.Take it out in a bowl.Serve hot with chapathi
paratha,naan orfried rice.
