Recipe of chicken curry.

·         45 ml olive oil
·         1 medium onion
·         2 cloves of garlic
·         400 g chicken fillet
·         1 green chilli
·         1/4 tsp salt
·         1/4 tsp turmeric
·         1/2 tsp ground cumin
·         1/4 tsp ground coriander
·         1 tsp tomato purĂ©e
·         1/4 tsp garam masala or 1 tsp curry paste
·         30 ml double cream            


                    How to cook chicken curry-
          
·                                           At first cut a medium sized onion. Then finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and a green chilli.After that take the chicken on a fresh chopping board and  Chop into small bite-size pieces.
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and pour 3 tsp of vegetable oil,add the chopped onion in it and fry for 1 minute.Put the chicken in,and continue to fry for 5-6 minutes. The chicken will start to cook, and turn entirely white on the outside.
·          Put the garlic and chilli into the pan, and stir it well over a medium heat .Until everything is golden brown keep stirring.

          Put 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin and 1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander in the pan. Stir it  well.After that 1tsp of tomato puree and ¼ tsp of garam masala.2 tsp of double cream add into the mixture and stir it well.
                      Now it is ready to serve with basmati rice or nun bread.

Nutritious recipe of chilly paneer

                         Chilly paneer is a tasty and nutritious recipe. It is an Indian form of Chinese recipe. Chilly panner  can also be eaten with veg chowmen or fried rice.You will like it any way.         
                            INGREDIENCE OF CHILLY PANEER               
 Paneer=250 grams. 
Green capsicum=1(cut into medium sized pieces)
Red capsicum=1(cut into medium sized pieces)
Tomato sauce=3 tbsp
Corn flour=3 tbsp.
Olive oil=1/4 cup.
Vinegar=1 to 2 tsp.
Soya sauce=1 to 2 tsp.
Chilly sauce=1 to 2 tsp.
Green chillies= 2 to 3(finely cut into small pieces)
Ginger=1” long piece (grated)
Salt=1 to 2 tsp (according to requirement)
Black pepper powder=1 to 3 tsp.
Chilly flakes=1/4 tsp
Ajinomoto=1 to 2 pinch.
Mint leaves=10 to 12
      How to make chilly paneer

 Cut paneer into small square pieces  then take1/2 of the corn flour in a plate and wrap the paneer pieces in it. Pour 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and spread evenly all over. After oil is heated, put the paneer pieces in it to fry till both sides turn light brown. Then take out the fried paneer pieces. Now pour the remaining oil in the pan, after it heats put ginger and green chillies for frying. Add green capsicum and fry for 1 minute.  Then put red capsicum to fry for another minute. Now  add paneer pieces,tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilly sauce,vinegar,chilly flakes,black pepper,ajinomoto and salt.On a low flame mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Then the remaining cornflour mix in the chilly paneer.Cook the chilly paneer for 1 minute as you stir regularly. Break mint leaves into large pieces and put in the dish.Now delicious chilli paneer  is ready, prepare fried rice and serve chilly paneer along with it.

THE LIBRARY

                            A library is a collection of books. It is generally used for the students and also for the public. The number of men who can buy the books they require for their culture is very small. Libraries meet this intellectual need. Therefore, come to be regarded as almost indispensable institutions for every society.  The organization also has been made a branch of scientific study.
                             There are many kinds of libraries. Some are meant for the public .The books here are issued for studied at home. There is provision also for free reading rooms.
                             School and college libraries are meant only for the teachers and student of the respective institutions.
                               There are also travelling a library here and there, which means that selected collections of books belonging to a big central library are circulated by turn from place to place. There are also special libraries that particularize in special subject.
                                     The organizations of the library have been greatly improved in recent years. The old system of indexing books has been replaced in most big libraries by the system of card indexing.
                                     Every member is given a distinct card and when he takes away a book. There is also  the open shelf –system in some places.

                                                  There are six seasons in a year.Autumn is one of them.It is the third season of the year.It is composed of September and October.Autumn is the season  after summer and before winter.It begins with the autumnal equinox and ends with the winter solstice in December.

                                                               Winter is the coldest season of the year.It rules over the months of December and January.During winter,cold winds blow from the north.This season is characterized by falling snow and freezing cold tenperatures.Thick fog often hides the sun and cold becomes severe.Winter is also a time of  fruits,such as orange,grapes,apples and guava as well as many vegetables become available during winter.Normally,the days are short and nights are long in this season.The winter scene is quite interesting.In the morning the sky remains foggy.The sun appears very late and the sunlight is also not hot.In any other season we become tired very soon if we do any work.But in winter we do not get tired easily.             
                                      Due to extreme cold the village life is very dull in this season.In town areas ,people buy blankets,sweaters and gloves etc. in order to protect their body from chilly Winter.Although rich can fight the cold in this season,the poor face enormous difficulty.    

                                      Apart from it.the winter season is a preparatory season for the spring..Therefore,it is said ,”if winter comes can spring be far behind”

SHORT ESSAY 0NSUMMER SEASON

                               Summer season covers the months of April,May and June.Summer is th   e hottest season of the year.During this season,the sun-rays become hotter day by day and we begin to get perspiration.The entire earth becomes heated in this season.In summer,the few hours of the morning are pleasant but it becomes too hot at noon.The hot wind which blows which is stuffy and sultry.Due to too much heat, people do not get relief even in the evening and at night.They can not sleep comfortably at night on account of heat.The water of the streams,wells and ponds dry up also and cause scarcity of water.Then it becomes impossible to plough the field and sow the seeds.Many people,birds and beasts die as a result of sunstroke.Many fatal diseases,such as cholera,small pox etc. breaks out in the summer season.       
                   

                                                        In spite of these disadvantages the farmers welcome the summer because it brings the clouds which give them rain.Though we dislike summer ,we do wait it anxiously because we get sweet mangoes ,lichhi,jackfruits and watermelons.Delicate flowers rarely bloom in the garden due to heat in the atmosphere.

                            Spring is certainly the best season of the year.It rules over the months of March and April.It is the favourite season of poets.It is called the queen of seasons.          
       
                                       Spring is a beautiful season.It comes after the winter season.In this season,the earth looks lovely and charming.Many kinds of flower bloom in this season.Swarm of bees rush at them.The lovely roses win our hearts.We are enchanted by the dazzling colours of flowers.Mango blossoms rise up on the mango trees.A light bridge blows from the south.It feels very pleasant.It carries to us smell of flowers and music of soils.Boys and girls feel a kind of thrill.Plants and animals look mirthful,and also the human beings.All the people are in festive mood in this season.They sing and dance and make merry.  So we found a lot of poetic works in our literatures.Spring transforms the earth into a paradise.  
                            Spring has too some vices.Smallpox is very common in this season.Besides,chicken-poxand measles are found.Hence,we should guard ourselves against these epidemics.                 
                              In spring nature appears in her bestform.It provides us with all kinds of pleasure.But spring is defiled by a vicious kinds of illness.Prevention is better than cure.So,we should get vaccinated before this dangerous epidemic confronts us.
